While Heritage is a multi-generational church, the Senior Life Ministry is a large segment of the church family, and these Christ-followers are integral to the ministry efforts of the church. Senior Life Ministry includes the age 60 and above portion of the Heritage church family.
We believe that Senior Life is a “season of life” that can be and should be productive – bearing spiritual fruit and accomplishing much for the Kingdom of God – where possible and when possible.
We observe Senior Life adults serving God and the church in a variety of areas and expressions, assisting Heritage in its missional and ministry purpose. We also recognize the value of relationships for these in the Senior Life, so we place a priority on fellowship together, serving together and ministry to one another.
We provide Senior Life adults regularly occurring opportunities for discipleship, fellowship, leadership, missions and ministry, intergenerational experiences, choir involvement, day trips, special events, prayer gatherings, monthly luncheon and more.
